Task Flow
A set of 16 task flows was carefully designed and implemented. These task flows outline the step-by-step processes and workflows involved in various aspects of the transport management system.

A holistic flow of the entire application

The transport management system (TMS) was seamlessly integrated with the central CRM system, as well as the warehouse flow, resulting in a cohesive and efficient operational ecosystem. This integration facilitated the seamless flow of data and information between the TMS, CRM system, and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and real-time visibility into the entire logistics process.
Furthermore, the allocation of tenders to specific vendors for vehicles was based on a comprehensive evaluation process. The system considered factors such as cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency when selecting the vendor. This evaluation was conducted based on bids received from vendors or through online Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions. By prioritizing factors like low cost and efforts, the system ensured that the tender was allocated to the most suitable vendor, optimizing cost savings and operational efficiency.
